A common fundamental thread that weaves together my professional efforts is a recognition that the university exists not for me, but for the students. I strive to constantly improve my formal classroom and laboratory teaching by continuing to incorporate research and real-world projects, expand experiential learning, and use technology and real-time feedback more effectively.
